Healthcare is a dynamic sector demanding constant monitoring of practices and proposal of solutions, as well as means for their implementation. There is also a growing concern about the quality of healthcare delivery in our country. There is need for a better understanding of the health-disease gradient, and the challenges which must be faced, coupled with public policies that meet the health needs of people. INICIATIVA SAÚDE has the proposition to act strategically in the creation and implementation of health policies for the betterment of Brazilian society.
